Prior to his time at Kalamazoo, Redko served as the recruiting coordinator and defensive coach at Connecticut College for two seasons. He also spent two years as defensive and recruiting coordinator at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pa. Zach Cameron will be returning to Redko's staff for his second season as an assistant coach.

Quoting Coach Redko

"Our expectation for the season is to remain grateful for every opportunity we have to be together as a team. Losing last season was difficult, as was losing our fall ball season. There are numerous challenges and variables outside of our control that can dictate the course of the 2021 season. Our sights are set on today's opportunity, trying to maximize it, and then moving on to tomorrow." - Coach Redko
