Andre Fouque was named SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Men's Hornet of the Week on Monday.
A sophomore from Superior, Colo. (Monarch HS), Fouque helped the Hornets to a 128-100 win over Olivet at home on Saturday.
Fouque won the 100 Backstroke with a time of :55.62, and finished second in the 200 Freestyle as Kalamazoo's top finisher. He was a 22.35 split on the first-place 200 Free Relay that sealed the victory over the Comets.
The Hornets are scheduled to host Hope on Saturday, Feb. 5 at 1 p.m.
