LOUISVILLE, Ky. - After two tough weeks of training, the Kalamazoo College men's cross country team competed in a hot and humid Pre-National Meet in Louisville on Saturday.
Garrick Hohm led the way for the Hornets with a 28:55 which is even on his best for the season.
Charlie Bossert, Patrick Dunfee, and Levi Thomas all came up with lifetime 8k efforts with Thomas producing a 54 second improvement from the race at Calvin two weeks ago.
Bossert's 8k time has improved by 2 minutes and 14 seconds in the first season.
Coach's Comment
"This was a good learning experience for our young squad and they have a strong effort despite challenging circumstances. We will freshen up and be ready to roll at Oberlin in two weeks."
