The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team was featured in the department's fifth edition of the summer's Top Moment Thursday from the 2022-23 season.
After battling back and forth all game, the Hornets outscored the Bulldogs 22-10 to secure their first win of the season. It was a balanced scoring attack by six players that led to the 22-point quarter. Sara English led the way with six points on two threes, as Kylah Davis scored five points and grabbed six rebounds, and Laila Vincent contributed four points. Kalamazoo saw success at the free throw line, with 10 points coming from the charity stripe. Also scoring for the Hornets were Kaelyn Arlington (3), Jackie Brines (2), and Maddie Coffman (2).
