GREENCASTLE, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team was defeated 25-14, 25-20, 25-11 by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in the final match of the NCAC/MIAA Crossover Saturday afternoon.
Rose-Hulman hit .281 in the match compared to .089 by Kalamazoo.
Brittany Miller led the Hornets with eight kills and a .333 hitting percentage.
Sara Reathaford had 12 assist, while Rorie Dougherty finished with seven.
Lizzy Rachiele had nine digs. Rachel Meston and Brittany Miller each had six.
Kalamazoo returns home to host Manchester on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m.
