Men's Tennis cruises past Olivet

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team improved to 6-0 in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Saturday afternoon as the Hornets cruised to a 9-0 victory over Olivet College.

After winning three doubles by default, Guillermo Dominguez and Jeremy DePree picked up an 8-0 win at two doubles.

Allen Vinson and Ricardo DelOlmo-Parrado closed out doubles with an 8-0 win at one doubles.

The Hornets clinched their victory when Spencer Navarre won 6-1, 6-0 at two singles after Kyle Hahn picked up a win by default at six singles.

DelOlmo picked up his second win of the day going 6-0, 6-0 in four singles.

Also recording wins for the Hornets on the day were Robert Hudson (6-0, 6-0), Skyler Norgaard (6-0, 6-0) and Alex Cadigan (6-0, 6-0).

The Hornets will look to clinch their 78th straight conference championship tomorrow as they host Adrian, who's undefeated in MIAA action.
