KALAMAZOO, Mich. - After winning the first set on Tuesday, the Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost in four sets to Adrian College on Tuesday, 23-25, 25-21, 25-14, 25-15.
Despite a competitive match, the Hornets were unable to overcome Adrian's .253 attack percentage and 10 total team blocks.
Paige Johnson recorded a career-high 15 kills in the match to go with 14 digs. Kaela Van Til added 10 kills and a team-high 24 digs.
Noa Yaakoby finished with nine kills, six digs and three aces while Shelby Suseland had eight kills and four digs.
Kaiya Herman-Hilker recorded 33 assists. Dana DeVito posted 23 digs.
Kalamazoo celebrates Homecoming weekend with a home match Friday night at 6 p.m. against Saint Mary's.
