Spencer Baldwin was named SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Men's Hornet of the Week on Tuesday.
A senior from Lansing, Mich. (Holt), Baldwin hit .600 in a pair of games last week with a double and three RBIs. His 6-for-6 performance in a 16-5 win at Alma on Friday tied the school record for hits in a game.
On the season, Baldwin is hitting .396 with 10 doubles, four triples, five home runs and 28 RBIs.
The Hornets (15-10) return to action Wednesday at Elmhurst.
