ANDERSON, Ind. – The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team posted its second road win in a row, defeating Anderson 65-53 on Thursday night.

Kalamazoo jumped ahead early, taking an 8-0 lead and outscoring the Ravens 18-5 in the first quarter. The Hornets continued to apply heavy defensive pressure throughout the first half and headed into halftime leading 26-17.

K never relinquished its lead, stretching the advantage to 16 points in the fourth quarter. Anderson connected on a couple shots from three point range late to cut into the deficit, but the Hornets were never truly threatened and closed out the game at the free throw line.
